HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Patients, caregivers and other reviewers

We collect personal information from you when you provide us with a review or feedback and rating.

We collect personal information from you when you request to be connected to a healthcare service provider.

Family members and other caregivers

We collect personal information from you when you assist a patient to provide us with a review or feedback and rating , review on behalf of a patient.

If you are caregiver or family member of a patient, please do not send us information about yourself, e.g. your age, gender, healthcare experience. Our intention is to collect and process personal data about the patient.

We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to our website. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identity of anyone visiting this website.

WHAT TYPE of PERSONAL INFORMATION WE USE and HOW WE USE THEM
