Registration process at this hospital
First, go to the OPD building.
The AIIMS official will give you a temporary serial number.
Wait for a few minutes.
Then, go to the registration desk and register yourself.
Share your symptoms with them, and they will guide you for further steps.
After that, you will be given another serial number. Wait for a few minutes within the waiting hall.
There will be a display board, keep an eye on it, and you can check your status there by your serial number.
When your serial number appears on the board, go to counter number 5.
Your name will be registered here.
After your final registration, you will be given a booklet.
Remember, for your first registration, you have to pay 10 taka. Also, keep the booklet carefully because your doctors will keep your health records and prescriptions here.
As per the designated counter, the patients will be treated.

"How to reach AIIMS, Kalyani?
-- AIIMS Kalyani is only 40 km away from Kolkata. Anyone can reach there by driving for about two hours through NH34 or Belgharia direction from Barasat. From Murshidabad, anyone can reach AIIMS by train or any other transportation.
If a patient wants to come by train, they have to first reach Kalyani Station and then take any vehicle like a Toto, auto, or bus [there are no 27 seater vehicles]. Alternatively, anyone can come by road through NH34. After reaching Kalyani More, they have to take a right turn and travel for almost 1 km towards Kalyani to reach the main gate of AIIMS Kalyani."

Currently, the entire area is under development. A patient who wants to stay overnight will not get a cheap hotel near AIIMS hospital.
