Appointments for patients can be made in two ways at this facility:
Online:
Appointments can be made online by providing the necessary information on the following website. In this case, a payment of 20 taka needs to be made online, and the patient's Aadhaar card will be required. After filling out the form, a message will be received on the mobile with further instructions to follow.

Offline:
In this case, one needs to visit the hospital in the morning and stand in line for registration. It may take three to four hours.
After that, on the designated day and time, the doctor will examine the patient in the OPD (Outpatient Department) and determine whether the patient needs to be referred to any department or admitted. If admission is necessary, certain steps will need to be completed. All these tasks require some time to be completed.

Rooms have two cots, mattresses, pillows, table and chairs. You will have to arrange for bed linen, blankets etc., Room accommodates maximum three persons. Rooms have attached toilet, bath room and kitchen. You will have to bring utensils. 24-hours electricity and water available. Hot water facility is also available. Normal waiting period for room allotment is one week to ten days.
Dormitory charge is Rs.20/- per day, per person.
