Firstly, the flap taken on the cornea during Femto-LASIK requires continuous protection for a period ranging from one to three months. Once the flap is created, it cannot return to its original state. Patients may experience continuous watering from the eyes and dryness. Physical activities should be avoided for a month, and contact sports are restricted for three months. Swimming and gymming are typically allowed after three to six months, based on your doctor's advice. Itching can be expected during the first three weeks post-surgery. On the other hand, ReleX Smile offers certain advantages, which I personally experienced:
