Strategies to Control Blood Pressure in People From Tanzania and Lesotho

This randomized clinical trial investigates if a 2-pill antihypertensive strategy and a low-dose 3-pill strategy are superior to full-dose monotherapy with stepped escalation to control blood pressure in people with hypertension in rural Tanzania and Lesotho.
