Polygenic Prediction of Peripheral Artery Disease and Major Adverse Limb Events

This cohort study develops a novel integrated, multiancestry polygenic risk score for peripheral artery disease (PAD) and evaluates its risk estimation for PAD and major adverse limb events in populations from 3 biobanks.
