This secondary analysis of the Diagnostic Imaging Strategies for Patients With Stable Chest Pain and Intermediate Risk of Coronary Artery Disease (DISCHARGE) randomized clinical trial investigates if computed tomography used in patients with stable chest pain provides comparable long-term health-related quality of life benefits and chest pain reduction compared with invasive coronary angiography.
